Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All orders placed in US typically arrive in 5-7 business days upon receiving tracking information.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping Rates: We offer $7 flat rate shipping in the U.S.
International Shipping: At this time, we do not ship to countries outside of the U.S.
Return Policy
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please read the description and e-mail any questions or concerns about a product to hello@blyssbycouryei.com before purchase.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@blyssbycouryei.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
